Update: I didn’t turn out as the winner of this year’s IMPAKT AWARD. I didn’t expect to be, as there are so many overwhelming beautiful projects with a charity, a good goal, for helping others and caring about the environment. In the first week of August I received an amazing and surprising message from the platform expats.cz: they nominated me for the IMPAKT AWARDS by newstream! 🥳 Reading what this Award is standing for brings tears to my eyes:
“Nominated are inspiring personalities. … The purpose of the Award is to highlight individuals who improve the world. … Newstream is looking for stories of personalities who selflessly influenced the lives of others with the aim of helping, getting involved. … The award is not a demonstration of influence and power. Its aim is to appreciate the selflessness and meaningfulness of some people’s actions.”
Wow… I can’t tell how much the nomination alone means to me. Thank you so much! đź’› On October 10, the Top10 nominees will be announced, and from those lucky ones the favourite. Will I be one of them? We will keep you informed 🤩 However – I am looking forward to learning about the other nominated personalities because in these turbulent times in which our society finds itself, we can’t know enough positive and meaningful stories 🙏 Read here more about this new project launched by the business portal newstream.cz.
